Help prove the value of advice

Last year IOOF undertook research to develop "The expectations of advice" white paper. Due to overwhelming interest in this research, IOOF is now undertaking further research but this time we want to understand the key emotional benefits afforded to those who receive professional ongoing financial planning advice as compared to those who don't.

After the research concludes, we will be able to connect the emotional and value drivers of ongoing advice clients with opportunities for advice businesses.

We will also offer a blueprint on how advice businesses can position themselves to maximise the potential within their businesses and tangibly illustrate the value of advice to existing and prospective clients. Through 'The True Value of Advice' whitepaper we will be able to provide a positive message to the advice industry at a time when advice, fees and value are all being challenged.

How can you help?

We would appreciate contributions from your clients for this paper. To make it easy for you, we have included text below that you can cut and paste into your email and forward to your clients.

Whilst clients can complete the survey anonymously, we are incentivising participation by offering ten $100 Westfield vouchers to a random selection of clients who complete the survey. There are 12 questions and we anticipate this will take less than five minutes to complete.
